Refunds are heavily dependent on the Support Team and software failure: You can always contact our Support Group if our software fails to repair, recover, or convert your database, email and files, and they are available to assist you around the clock. In the Solution Laboratory or via Remote Server Connectivity to your computer/laptop, the Support Group would examine your data. In the event that the Support Group is unable to successfully repair or convert your data, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the service.

    • In order to activate a Personal License on a Single Machine, the hardware id of each machine is registered on the licence server upon activation, and one cannot use or reactivate the licence on another machine or new hardware. Once the licence has been deactivated or removed due to changes in hardware or Windows changes/modifications, users will not be able to reactivate it. No one can use their personal licence in any profitable organisation or business environment if they are found to be in violation of the terms of use, which are subject to penalty under local laws and regulations.
    • If you purchased the product in error and have not yet activated (used) it on your computer/laptop machine, you may be eligible for a refund. If you have activated the software or used it on your computer/laptop machine, you will not be eligible for a refund. There will be a cross-checking action taken if any suspicious activity is detected. Refunds are possible following a cross-check.
    • It is strongly advised that you use the Trial edition of any software prior to making a purchase. A free trial edition is available to ensure the software's capability and strength of recovery or conversion. Due to overwriting, data corruption, and loss, the strength of the Edition may differ from the Trial edition and License pack.
    • Because the trial edition of software does not include the option to save files, it is recommended that you first uninstall the trial edition before installing the software's licence pack.
    • Within 5-30 minutes, you will receive an email containing the licence key and instructions on how to activate the software. (It may also take up to 24-48 hours due to a technical issue with the server).
    • It is recommended that the Software be installed on only fully functional Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. For one year following activation, you may use the software and perform an unlimited number of data recovery and conversion operations.
    • Software usage is governed solely by the terms of the Agreement during installation and shall not be used for commercial or business benefit purposes. Personal Licenses should be used for personal purposes only and should not be used for commercial or business purposes. Additionally, a Commercial License is available for commercial use.
    • Software Imperial is not responsible if your computer/laptop does not meet the software's minimum requirements or if you are unable to use the software.
    • Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: if you purchased the software and discovered it was no longer useful or if you completed the tasks with the software on the same day.
    • Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: If the email containing the licence becomes stuck in transit due to a technical server problem.
    • Server failure and mishaps will constitute valid grounds for late delivery of the License.
    • Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: If your computer/laptop machine or MS-Windows crashed or your system failed during the installation of the software, as the software is located in a remote location and is free of any harmful components, as it was specially developed by our Expert Developers.
    • Software Imperial is not liable for any misinformation published in the course of promoting its products. If this is the case, you may obtain an appropriate explanation from the Software Imperial Online Support Staff.
    • The License Software is designed for single-system activation, and if you have not activated the licence key or have misplaced it, you may contact our support team for reactivation.
    • Client's signed Obliteration Letter should be completed and received via email in order to be eligible for a refund. Within 30 days of the date of purchase of a Software Imperial product, Software Imperial should receive an email at sales @ softwareimperial[DOT]com.
    • Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the Date of Obliteration Letter, or may take longer due to country-specific calendar holidays and events. Clients will be notified via email if there is a delay in the refund process.
    • The Obliteration Letter certifies that the customer (client) uninstalled and deleted the following: Computer/Laptop, External hard drive, or any data memory stick or pen drive. Additionally, the client acknowledges and accepts the examination of his Computer/Laptop by the Software Imperial Inspection Team in the Obliteration Letter.
    • Software Imperial may pursue legal action to establish proof and evidence of software misuse.
    • No refund will be issued if the software recovers or converts 20%-40% of the data.
    • Orders with a 50% discount or a discount greater than 25% cannot be cancelled.
    • Recovery and conversion tasks cannot be completed successfully by the software due to fresh data being overwritten on the free space on the Hard Drive of the Computer/Laptop Machine. If partial recovery/conversion of data occurs as a result, the refund will be invalid and cannot be claimed.
    • After deducting 12.5 percent service tax and all excises, 87.5 percent of the refundable amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account/credit card account.
    • Support Service is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to continue receiving assistance after one year, you must pay a fee of $15.
